Dennis was great. He only works one inspection per day so he was very thorough spending several hours inspecting and reporting every issue. He took over 100 photos and videos and posted them online for easy review. He also spent time with us onsite at the conclusion of the inspection and then again later on the phone for a 30 minute final review. He was very patient and answered all of our questions while also offering suggestions on how to remedy certain issues.

Dennis was great to work with during our home inspection process. He's very knowledgeable and provided an extremely detailed report complete with photos, an overall summary and items which needs attention along with recommended maintenance items. Dennis spent 40 minutes on the phone with us reviewing the report and answering every question we had. We couldn't be happier with his service and highly recommend Dennis.
