Dennis Wade is an exceptional home inspector who provides a thorough and detailed report after an exhaustive examination of a home from top to bottom. His report contains numerous photos with both summary and detail explanations. My report not only contained photos but videos of specific things that required maintenance.

I might add that he rescheduled my inspection earlier than first arranged so that I could meet schedules for my walk through and settlement. He is personable and always willing to explain and justify his findings.

Dennis did an exceptional job of inspecting our soon to be home in Leland, NC in plenty of time for contract negotiations. He is very thorough and very professional! He took pictures of the whole house, attic, ran all of the appliances, looked at every crevise possible to give us a complete report; he even used a drone for the roof for the best visibility. I had my brokers license for 15 years in the Chicago area and have been to allot of inspections. Dennis did a very thorough inspection and walked me through the house to show the inspection issues he found and explained everything. Dennis was great. He only works one inspection per day so he was very thorough spending several hours inspecting and reporting every issue. He took over 100 photos and videos and posted them online for easy review. He also spent time with us onsite at the conclusion of the inspection and then again later on the phone for a 30 minute final review. He was very patient and answered all of our questions while also offering suggestions on how to remedy certain issues.
