As first time home buyers, we felt they truly had our best interest in mind and gave us honest helpful information throughout the whole process. Dennis went above and beyond, giving us multiple phone calls throughout the inspection process since we were unable to stop by, as well as following through to touch base on some results. He also provided photos of everything he discussed with us and even some videos included in the report. He simplified everything for us to understand, made sure to emphasize what mattered most for prioritization, and provided very thorough recommendations. We felt like we learned a lot of very important, helpful information from him about things for the home going forward as well. I could not recommend him & the team at Southeastern Carolina Property Inspections more!

Dennis Wade is an exceptional home inspector who provides a thorough and detailed report after an exhaustive examination of a home from top to bottom. His report contains numerous photos with both summary and detail explanations. My report not only contained photos but videos of specific things that required maintenance.

I might add that he rescheduled my inspection earlier than first arranged so that I could meet schedules for my walk through and settlement. He is personable and always willing to explain and justify his findings.

Dennis did an exceptional job of inspecting our soon to be home in Leland, NC in plenty of time for contract negotiations. He is very thorough and very professional! He took pictures of the whole house, attic, ran all of the appliances, looked at every crevise possible to give us a complete report; he even used a drone for the roof for the best visibility. We live in NJ presently and he made the experience less stressful and reassured us that he would do a great job and he delivered.
