Mr. Wade went above and beyond to help us with a last-minute water test during a tight due diligence deadline. He dropped what he was doing, drove over an hour to get the job done, and made sure the samples were overnighted before FedEx closed. I had my brokers license for 15 years in the Chicago area and have been to allot of inspections. Dennis did a very thorough inspection and walked me through the house to show the inspection issues he found and explained everything. He is very thorough and uses state of the art equipment as part of the inspections (i.e. drone to view roof). The report was very comprehensive and included a summary and detail report. Dennis was great. He only works one inspection per day so he was very thorough spending several hours inspecting and reporting every issue. He took over 100 photos and videos and posted them online for easy review. He also spent time with us onsite at the conclusion of the inspection and then again later on the phone for a 30 minute final review. He was very patient and answered all of our questions while also offering suggestions on how to remedy certain issues.
